and is based on industry best practices for dietary supplements.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, products must be:
Unopened
Unused
In original packaging
In the same condition as delivered
Opened or used supplements cannot be returned, in line with health and safety regulations for consumable products.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
Opened products
Used products
Items with broken seals
Items without original packaging
Any product marked as “final sale”
This policy follows the standard approach used by premium supplement brands, including the guidelines followed by PrimalQueen.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
A photo is required as proof
Submit evidence to info@vromenbv.com
within 7 days of delivery
Once verified, you may choose between:
A replacement product, or
A refund to your original payment method, or
Store credit
Replacement or refund approval is at the discretion of TR Brands.
4. Refund Options
If your return is approved, you may choose one of the following:

Store credit
Gift card (if offered at the time)
Refunds may take 3–10 business days to appear in your account after processing.
5. Worldwide Returns
PrimeHer accepts return requests from customers worldwide.

6. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet been fulfilled.
Once shipped, the order must go through the standard return process.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
PrimeHer (TR Brands) is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is lost during transit, please contact us; we will assist in opening an investigation with the carrier.
8. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
